Statement
“Legally Blind” explores what it is like to have Retinitis Pigmentosa (a rare genetic eye disease). This approach includes a book, a poster and a short film. It portrays a personal journey of an individual who experiences vision loss through the emotional and physical realities of living with this condition. The book provides a deeper narrative account where it shows the progression of the condition through colours fading and things begin to become blurry. The posters portray a powerful and striking visual statement and the short film brings the story to life.
