This project documents a design collaboration with PlaytestCloud to improve their playtesting platform experience for testers and game studios alike. Through comprehensive user research, including surveys, interviews, and user testing sessions, the project identified critical gaps in user understanding and platform engagement. The solution featured a redesigned mobile-first onboarding experience with gamification elements, enhanced user education, and streamlined profile management for the testers. For the game studios, new targeting, screener, rating, and marketing features were evaluated. User testing confirmed positive reception of the designed wireframes, providing PlaytestCloud with evidence-based recommendations to enhance user engagement and strengthen their position in the Games User Research market.
