My project is titled 'Resampled'. 'Resampled' is a youth-focused campaign that uses motion, print and digital media to teach 13–17 year olds about the history of sampling and encourage them to start making music themselves. The motion piece describes the origins of Chicago House music, New York HipHop and the importance of the Amen drum break, which was resampled to create other genres such as Jungle and Drum and Bass in the UK.
