My art revolves around the connection between the mind and body, and how our environments affect how we see ourselves. My practice centers around the form we live in and the way we see it, with the struggles of BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder) that is ever present in today's society, embedded into my research. I take inspiration from abstract expressionism and the ideas of Louise Bourgeois and Judith Butler.
