Statement

Guilt Trip is a silent film about a young man called Dermot trying to overcome his addiction to alcohol. However, he is haunted by the ghost of his niece Denyce whom he accidentally ran over while drink driving. Denyce is a depiction of the guilt he has because of his addiction. The goal for this film is to pay tribute to the old school film narrative techniques used in 1920s silent films.
