My name is Grace Hughes. I am a graduate of Creative Digital Media. I have always had a creative and technical streak, with a special interest in film. I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience from the course and now enjoy many other aspects of media too. My main interests are video production, film and photography. I was lucky to gain an internship in Johnson Controls - Global Creative, working as a video producer for seven months in 2021.
I worked with Hannah Belton and Suzanne Casey on my final year project, ‘Sandstories’, a digitally enhanced sandbox exhibit that brings visitors to the seaside. By stimulating various senses, it created a unique museum exhibit where adults can be playful and release their ‘inner-child’.
