I started my final project with an interest in how Irish culture is changing and different values are dying out. I chose to focus my images on the decline of religious belief and the rural environment within Ireland. “Keep the Faith” is a series of images which looks at the remnants of the faith and belief of the Irish people which is seen to be inadvertently fading. These images are inspired by the rural environment and the generation of Irish people who keep the faith alive.
