Hello, my name is Sharan Shaju and I am a Visual Communications graduate with a passion for design, problem solving, storytelling and capturing experiences.

My Final Year Project, ‘Catalyst’ is a service that facilitates quicker and easier connections between employers and potential candidates. I created a platform to ensure creative individuals get more employment opportunities whilst speeding up the hiring process for employers. Hiring goes from the long process with CVs, applications, interviews etc to just 2 steps- download the app and attend the event. A win-win situation for both parties! My project consists of a brand, app, and promotional campaign.
