For my final year project, I wanted to explore the theme and concept of digital and self-identity in contemporary media in the modern age of technology. We are in a time where our technology allows us to try out and try on different digital versions of ourselves with the use of artificial intelligence and image manipulation. It is my aim to visualise the idea of having a warped and skewed perception of our identity and self, and comment upon how that might develop in the future, through a series of self-portraits.
