Statement

My art is a criticism of the political and moral state of the powerful and hateful people of the world, I criticise the actions of politicians, corporations and greed fuelled capitalists who sell out their own workers, people and countries for money and power. The imagery of my allegory consists of religious, folkloric, philosophical, and animal symbolism. The animal symbolism is comprised of the use of animal heads on a human body, each animal head is symbolic of a different roles of humans within the capitalistic machine. My work is from the view of an erratic person driven to the edge of madness by the state of the world. My paintings are created by this character showing their fall into deep religion and ideological thought. My photography represents their thoughts, delusions, and memories, and the growing idea of their sainthood and revolutionary standing. My work aims to capture my personal beliefs and ideologies as well as create an intriguing storied character.
