Statement

My work explores identity through sculpture, mixed media, and video, focusing on the personal spaces that shape my sense of self.
I begin by documenting my everyday routines at home, capturing spaces like my bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. These spaces, usually private, are reimagined as installations that invite others to experience them.
By transforming my personal environment into a public space, I blur the line between the private and the public, creating a space where viewers can step into my world. I reflect on how we inhabit our environments and how they influence our identity. The work is a meditation on the vulnerability and connection found in ordinary moments, where the familiar becomes a site of exploration and reflection. Ultimately, it’s about revealing internal worlds through external environments, allowing others to engage with what is usually unseen.
