Hi, my name is Darragh Leahy. I chose to study Creative Digital Media because of my interest in Animation, Video Editing, and 3D Design. My final year project consists of a series of animated videos educating people about the solar system. I’ve always had an interest in space so wanted to make that the focus of my project. Each planet in the solar system gets their own video, giving the viewer facts about the planet. The animations are created with the help of the expressions tool in After Effects, which can create some nice and unique animations with lines of code.
