Hello, my name is David Harte, and I completed a BA in Creative Digital Media (CDM) at Munster Technological University. As part of the course, I grew to appreciate the post-production side of the film/video industry, particularly video editing.
Augmented Reality technology, Motion Graphics, and Photography are some of my other interests.
My final year project is named 'Exploring the Ambush,’ and combined Augmented Reality with a physical photobook to depict the Kilmichael ambush during the Irish Civil War in 1920. The project's goal was to bring to life, through graphic elements, a clearer sense of the events that occurred during this period of Irish history.
