Hello, my name is Caoimhe. As a designer, I believe that design can create strong emotional connections. My final year project aims to do this by inviting people to laugh at themselves and find community in their chaos. My project “Grow Down & Dress-up” explores the idea that adulthood strips away the fearless self-expression we embraced as children. It encourages middle aged women to “grow back down again” and play dress-up with bonkers outfits to reclaim their confidence, not through perfection, but through play!
